How it All Started...
Today, B-612 teams support our customers in over 100 sites across EMEA, APAC, North & South America, and service each year over 10,000 servers.
Our Field Engineers install new equipment in Data-Centres pretty much every other day of the week on behalf of a wide range of customers in the CDN, Cloud, Managed Services and Telecommunication sectors, amongst others.
We also typically resolve hundreds of tickets and RMAs each month, liaising daily with Remote Engineers based all around the world.
Back in 2003, Ami first started working as a Field Engineer delivering Remote Hands & Eyes Support in Data-Centres around London.
Assisting colocation users first hand with their network management needs and various challenges, Ami saw an opportunity to take
a different approach to Remote Hands & Eyes support.
His vision was to create a company able to offer colocation users with a solid alternative to Data-Centres’ usually fairly limited,
and often expensive, Remote Hands service offering.
And that’s how B-612 was born in 2009.
